Powering the worlds commitment to Renewable Energy

The world is amining to boost its renewable energy capacity. In the Glasgow summit PM Modi announced that India will meet 50 per cent of its energy requirements from renewable energy by 2030.

As of today, roughly 26% (100GW) of our energy requirement is fulfilled from renewables, according to Ministry of Power.

To be able to meet the 2030 target of 50% from renewable energy, India needs to increase installed capacity from 500 GW to 700 GW. Which means we need to install 25 GW of solar capacity every year.

This is where Anand Energy steps in with its deep knowledge and experience In setting up Solar Plants at scale. Anand Energy aims to create value by identifying proprietary power generation opportunities and lead the development or restructuring, construction and operation of such assets through active management.

Anand Energy is currently in the process of deploying the following solar project, working  with its partners Total Erin of France and Amber Kinetics from USA:

• Mymensingh, Bangladesh, 100 MW.

The main advantages of solar energy for consumers  are that it helps lower electric bills, reduce carbon footprint, combat rising electricity costs, and earn money back on

investment.
